CHOCOLATE CAKE








    INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans

  2. Stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in large bowl.

  3. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; mix for 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer.

  4. Stir in boiling water, the batter will be thin.

  5. Pour evenly into prepared pans.

  6. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted intot the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
