CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 sticks of softened butter
- 1 1/5 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl
- Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg
- Gradually beat in dry mixture
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Measure out 1 teaspoon and drop on baking sheets
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes
